Hi there! I’m Christopher Palese, the heart & soul behind Southern Blendz & Pour and Cannolis by Christopher. I launched my mobile bartending company in December 2023, inspired by my love for people, mixology, and true Southern hospitality. Hospitality runs in my blood—I grew up in Chicago working at my family’s restaurant, Nancy’s Pizza, where my grandfather Rocco created the original Chicago Stuffed Pizza in 1971. I’ve always been passionate about bringing people together through food and drink. Since moving to Alabama, I’ve poured drinks at weddings, private parties, and community events—blending Chicago grit with Southern charm. Through Southern Blendz & Pour, I help hosts impress their guests with memorable bar service, while Cannolis by Christopher adds a sweet touch with fresh-filled cannolis piped live on-site. My mission: make every guest feel welcome and every moment unforgettable.
