2015 Farm to Fork Dinner Saturday, August 22nd at 6pm
The 2015 Farm to Fork dinner sponsored by Alabama Farm Credit will be held on the beautiful, scenic grounds of Camp Meadowbrook.
This year we are pleased to have with us, Chefs Neville Baay and Brian Somershield who co-own and operate El Barrio Restaurante Y Bar, Paramount Bar and Trattoria Centrale, all located in the re-emerging northside of downtown Birmingham.
Neville trained in kitchens around the globe, including Sydney, London & New York while Brian honed his skills at the Culinary Institute of America and then under Frank Stitt's tutelage at Highlands Bar & Grill and Chez Fonfon.
We are pleased to offer this event as our way of saying "Thank you" to our Agricultural community. We will also include a special segment in the program to congratulate Arnold Caylor upon his retirement from full-time duties at the North Alabama Horticulture Substation.
