Senior Shindig at the Strawberry Festival

The Cullman County Commission on Aging and Cullman City Parks and Recreation will host the Senior Shindig at the Strawberry Festival on Friday, May 5th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Cullman Festhalle. This event will feature live bluegrass music, a car show, bingo, food and contests, including buck dancing, the twist, strawberry sweet-tooth and the 3rd Annual Seniors Got Talent competition. Prizes will be awarded for each contest, with the talent show producing a $100 1st place prize. For more information or to register for contests, call the Commission on Aging office at 256-734-1241.
